XENOY™ X4870HH PC/PET Resin is engineered to operate in Environments where multiple Stress Factors Coexist, including elevated Temperatures, moisture exposure, and sustained Mechanical Loading. It is designed as a High performance material system that maintains Integrity under combined Thermal and Environmental Conditions.
The PC/PET Alloy Structure provides a robust base of Impact Strength, Dimensional Stability, and Chemical Resistance, enabling reliable performance in both Structural and Semi Structural applications. This ensures Durability across a wide range of Industrial and Automotive Environments.
XENOY™ X4870HH PC/PET Resin Stands out with its High Heat performance and elevated Modulus, allowing components to maintain Rigidity and Shape under Thermal Load. This makes it suitable for applications where exposure to Heat could otherwise lead to deformation or Instability.
The material also delivers Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE) and Low Creep behaviour, ensuring Dimensional Accuracy over time. These characteristics are critical for components requiring stable fit and alignment across varying Temperature Cycles and prolonged Service Conditions.
XENOY™ X4870HH PC/PET Resin features Hydrolytic Stability, enabling Resistance to Moisture Related degradation. This adds an important layer of Durability in applications exposed to Humidity, Water Contact, or Outdoor Environments.
In addition, the Resin demonstrates excellent Fatigue Resistance, allowing it to perform reliably under repeated Stress or Vibration. combined with Good Chemical Resistance, it support Long Term performance even in Complex and demanding Service Environments.
XENOY™ X4870HH PC/PET Resin maintains Good Processability, ensuring consistent Molding and reliable Part Quality despite its High performance characteristics.
The formulation is not UL94 Rated, as it is optimized for Thermal Stability, Hydro Resistance, and Mechanical Endurance, rather than Flame Retardant Requirements.
Furthermore, XENOY™ X4870HH PC/PET Resin is ideally suited for Automotive Body Panels, Housings, Outdoor Equipment, Medical Device Enclosures, and Sports applications, where High Heat Stability, Low CTE, and Environmental Resistance must be Delivered Together.
