XENOY™ X5230 PC/PET Resin is engineered for Automotive applications where Painted Surfaces must remain dimensionally stable under Thermal and Mechanical Stress. It is designed to support components that require both Structural Rigidity and consistent Visual appearance.

The formulation incorporates 16% Mineral Reinforcement, Enhancing Stiffness and reducing Thermal Expansion. This allows the material to maintain Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE), ensuring that Painted Parts retain alignment and Surface Integrity even under Temperature Variation.

XENOY™ X5230 PC/PET Resin delivers High Heat Resistance and Low Shrinkage, enabling components to maintain precise Geometry during Molding and throughout Service Life. This is particularly important for Painted Body Panels and Exterior Trim, where Dimensional Changes can affect both Aesthetics and Assembly Fit.

The material also provides excellent Chemical Resistance, protecting Parts from exposure to Automotive Fluids, Fuels, and Environmental Contaminants. combined with its Impact performance, this ensures Durability in real world Operating Conditions.

XENOY™ X5230 PC/PET Resin support High Flow Processing, enabling efficient Molding of Complex and Thin Walled Geometries while maintaining consistent Quality. This allows manufacturers to achieve both production Efficiency and reliable Part performance.

The Resin maintains a balance between Stiffness and Ductility, ensuring that Reinforced Structure does not Compromise Toughness. This support applications requiring both Rigidity and Resistance to Mechanical Stress.

XENOY™ X5230 PC/PET Resin is not UL94 Rated, as its formulation is optimized for Thermal Stability, Dimensional Control, and Surface performance rather than Flame Retardant Properties.

The XENOY™ X5230 PC/PET Resin is ideally suited for Automotive Body Panels, door Panels, Window Rails, Fuel Filler doors, and EV components, where Low CTE, Paint Compatibility, and High Heat performance must be achieved together.
