XENOY™ X5630P PC/PET Blend Resin. Mineral Filled and High Heat

Paint applications, Low CTE, Low Shrinkage & Good Dimension Stability

XENOY™ X5630P PC/PET Resin is engineered for Automotive Exterior Parts that must retain Dimensional Accuracy and Surface Quality during and after Paint Processing. It is designed to ensure that Coated components maintain alignment, Fit, and appearance throughout manufacturing and Service Conditions.

The formulation utilizes a Mineral Filled PC/PET Structure, providing enhanced Stiffness and improved Thermal Control. This allows components to maintain Geometry during Molding and Subsequent Paint Curing Cycles, where elevated Temperatures can otherwise Induce Distortion.

XENOY™ X5630P PC/PET Resin delivers a Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE), reducing Dimensional Changes under Heat exposure. This ensures that Painted Panels and Trims remain Stable, preventing Defects such as Warpage, Surface Waviness, or Mismatch with Adjoining Parts.

The material also demonstrates Low Shrinkage behaviour, enabling consistent Part Dimensions directly after Molding. This contributes to improved Assembly Accuracy and reduces the need for Post Processing Correction in Precision applications.

XENOY™ X5630P PC/PET Resin offers High Heat Resistance, allowing it to withstand the Thermal Demands of Automotive Paint Systems while maintaining Mechanical Integrity. This support reliable performance during both manufacturing and Long Term use.

In addition, the Resin maintains Good Impact Strength and Chemical Resistance, ensuring Durability in Outdoor Environments and Resistance to Automotive Fluids and Contaminants.

XENOY™ X5630P PC/PET Resin is not UL94 Rated, as it is optimized for Paint System Stability, Thermal performance, and Dimensional Precision, rather than Flame Retardant Functionality.

Furthermore, XENOY™ X5630P PC/PET Resin is Ideal for Automotive Body Panels, Exterior Trims, Housings, and Painted Structural components, where Low CTE, High Heat Resistance, and consistent Surface appearance are Essential.
