It is developed as a Higher-performance Variant within Mineral-Filled Systems, supporting Tighter Tolerances and improved Stability.
the formulation incorporates 19% Mineral Reinforcement, Increasing Stiffness and enabling Greater Resistance to Dimensional change compared to Lower-Filled Alternatives. This Higher Reinforcement Level provides improved Control over deformation, particularly in Large or Precision Exterior Parts.
XENOY™ X5630Q PC/PET Resin delivers a Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE), ensuring that Parts remain stable during Thermal Cycles such as Paint Curing and Environmental exposure. This Minimizes Risks of Warpage, Misalignment, or Surface Distortion in Painted Assemblies.
