XENOY™ X6320 PC/PBT Resin is a High Performance Engineering Thermoplastic Alloy designed for Automotive Components where Surface Quality, Tactile Feel, and Visual Consistency are Critical Factors in the Final Product Experience. XENOY™ X6320 PC/PBT Resin is specifically developed for Parts such as Door Handles, where both Functional Performance and User Interaction must be carefully balanced.
The formulation of XENOY™ X6320 PC/PBT Resin incorporates 10% Mineral Reinforcement, providing Structural Support while enabling controlled Surface Appearance. This allows Components to maintain Dimensional Stability without compromising Smoothness and Uniformity required for Visible and Touchable Applications, ensuring consistent Aesthetic and Functional Performance.
XENOY™ X6320 PC/PBT Resin enables both Painted Surfaces and Molded in Finishes, allowing flexible Design and Manufacturing Approaches. This Dual Capability allows Components to either receive High Quality Coatings or maintain an As Molded Finish, depending on Application Requirements and Production Strategy.
